Acid and reactive stains can be difficult to control since it reacts with the unique (chemical) properties of concrete; you cannot duplicate the finish or ensure a color match. But NewLook's water-based, non-reactive stains, e.g. SmartColor™, enable you to replicate the aesthetic effects of acid stain or even create your own unique style of finishes.

Since the color and resolution of computer monitors will vary, NewLook recommends using representative jobsite samples to select final product colors. Remember, faux finishing is a technique and skill developed through practice; refer to an experienced and trained installer. Supplement DS Enhancer colors for comparable SmartColor color tones.
